So on Friday night I decided to bake.
I was afraid that I’d botch it up because I honestly haven’t baked since last year and thought my skills would be rusty. BUT they weren’t and the red velvet cupcakes (my first attempt at this new trending cupcake) came out perfectly. But not as perfect as the red velvets from Wolves Cafe (the best, if I may add)
It’s Sunday afternoon, and the cupcakes no longer exist.
You may think I’m arrogant in thinking that I baked dreamy desserts but they were dreamy. Ask anyone who’s had a taste. They’re great. And if you’re having a birthday when I’m not busy I could possibly bake for you.
I really don’t think baking is difficult. And I kind of just fell into it without burning anything first time ‘round. If you follow instructions and recipes to the tee, nothing can go wrong. NOTHING.
One thing I need to perfect though, is icing the cupcakes. I usually make it too runny and then all hell breaks loose. But I think I didn’t do such a bad job with this batch.
